Returns & Exchanges

At BZ Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any item, please review our returns and exchanges policy below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If any product you receive does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. These statutory rights apply in addition to our returns policy below.
2. Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@bzservices.uk or by calling 020 3930 0545.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
3. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged under the cancellation right, in accordance with UK law:
Perishable goods: Fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy, and any food items with a short shelf life or that deteriorate rapidly.
Sealed goods: Items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons (for example, sealed food products that have been opened).
Mixed or inseparable goods: Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For faulty goods, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 allow you to claim a refund within 30 days of purchase, or request a repair or replacement after that period.
5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us at info@bzservices.uk or call 020 3930 0545 with your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: We will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide you with return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (where possible) and return it to:

6. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unopened, unless they are being returned because they are faulty or damaged. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. Subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange once we receive the original item back. If there is a price difference, we will either charge the additional amount or refund the difference accordingly.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and inspected the returned goods. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bzservices.uk and we will investigate.
